Recruiting new staff for next year.
Two teachers and an assistant in the
Boys' Dorm.
|
PTL we accepted one teacher. We
are still accepting applications for
the other positions.
|
We are starting the year a little short
staffed but we are content to wait for
God to bring the perfect staff in His
way and His time. Pray for strength,
patience, and health for the staff.

Orientation Week for 2010 Staff
(August 23-31)

That we would provide info and
resources that will prepare the staff
to bring excellence to their ministry.

ANSWERED. What an amazing
week! It went smoothly and we had
a great interchange of ideas. We
all feel like we are ready for the
students to arrive! One boy arrived
today!

Discernment and discretion in our
new roles as Staff Directors.

That we would take all decisions to
God in prayer and use sound
judgement.

TRAINING CENTER - TRAINING THE
DEAF TO REACH THE DEAF

Teachers for the Center
|
We have 4 confirmed but we need a
few more. Also for their strength
and provision since some will need
to travel long distances and prepare
material that they have never taught
before.

ANSWERED. The teachers for the
entire Fall Semester are confirmed.
One more airplane ticket and it's a
done deal. Teachers will need to
teach at two locations. Continue to
pray for provision, wisdom, flexibility
and creativity.

Students for the Center
|
That God will start now to prepare
their hearts to have a desire to
reach the deaf with the gospel.
Discernment on our part and
commitment on their part.

We will teach classes in two
locations due to cost and time
constraints of the students. If we
teach a satellite class in Ensenada
we will have approx 10 more
students. PTL. This requires more
planning and scheduling. Pray for
wisdom and stamina on our part.

Classes and curriculum
|
That we will choose classes and
curriculum that will truly prepare
and equip the students to
evangelize and disciple the deaf of
Mexico.
|
ANSWERED. Classes are set for the
Fall. Initial classes will focus on the
Core Values of Dependence on
Prayer, Personal Spiritual Growth,
and Sharing your Faith. Classes
start the first week of October.
